Another cute Sale-A-Bration set. Stamps used are Wild About You, So Many Scallops and Flannel Plaid background. Papers used are Barely Banana, Certainly Celery and Whisper White. Inks used are Certainly Celery and Barely Banana. Accessories used are circle punch, tab punch, scalloped circle punch and ribbon.

Embrace Life

Stamps used are Embrace Life. Papers used are Whisper White, Bashful Blue and Ballet Blue. Inks use are Basic Black. Accessories used are ticket corner punch, oval punches, aqua painters, inks for watercoloring and bashful blue ribbon.

Stamps - Time Well Spent level 3 hostess set. Papers used are Rose Red, Regal Rose, Mellow Moss and Whisper White. Inks used are Basic Black. Accessories used are markers for coloring.

Faux Silk

I used a technique on this card called faux silk. The leaves are stamped on white tissue paper with black stazon and then colored in with markers. You then crumple the tissue paper up. Cover a white background piece with glue stick and then lay the tissue paper over the top and trim. These gives a really great texture. Stamps used are Embrace Life. Papers used are Close to Cocoa, black, white and Blue Bayou. Inks used are black stazon. Accessories used are word window punch, scalloped circle punch, tab punch and circle punch.

I think that these turned out cute and they are easy to do. I stamped the tissue paper with black stazon and then colored the flowers in with markers.

Candle Set

I made this set of candles for my daughter. This is a technique that we haven't done at camp before. If you would like to learn this technique at a camp leave a comment and let me know.

The stamp set that I used on these is retired - The Art of Life. There are many current sets that would work just as well though. The words are from UpperCase Living but I have made these before with stamped words.

Criss Cross card

I decided to give the criss cross card a try and I really like how this turned out. Stamps used are Embrace Life. Papers used are Ruby Red, Groovy Guava, black and Ginger Blossom dsp. Inks used are Groovy Guava and Ruby Red. Accessories used are tab punch, corner rounder punch, scalloped circle punch, circle punches and Groovy Guava ribbon.
I made the scallops by taking the guard off of the corner rounder punch. I think it looks great with the scalloped circle punch.

Target mailboxes

See the next post on how these came about. I decorated the fronts of these 2 with Happy Heart Day and also made 3 x 3 cards to put inside.

Mailboxes

I got these little mailboxes from the Target $ spot last year. Actually, I couldn't find them here in Sioux City so my son-in-law went to the Target in New Orleans and got them for me. Anyway, I decided to decorate them for Valentines this year. I made little 3 x 3 cards with the Happy Heart Day stamps. Unfortunately Stampin' Up doesn't have any valentine paper this year.

Simply Said thank you

This is the first time this set has seen ink. I am not sure why as I do really like this set. Stamp set used is Simply Said. Papers used are Soft Sky, Blue Bayou and Soft Sky DSP. Inks used are Blue Bayou. Accessories used are ticket corner punch, corner punch, large oval punch and designer label punch. The flowers are watercolored with Blue Bayou ink and the aqua painter.
